Our enterprise
Pétrole & Propane Bélanger at your service for over 60 years! In 1959, Léo Bélanger started to supply heating oil in the village of St-Janvier. Native to the area, he serves in and around the area. Unbeknownst to him, this young man had just laid the foundation of a business now renowned in the area.
His son Guy took over in the late 1970s and bought the company in 1990, the thriving company has expanded its delivery territory, while offering a wider range of products and services. For a few years now, Guy’s sons: Robin, Benjamin and Jean-Louis have joined their father to better meet the needs of the family business’ growing clientele. Our story is a family story, a story of community engagement and above all, a story of respect for our customers.

Pétrole & Propane Bélanger is a family business that employs about one hundred people in the region and is aiming high. After so many years, it wants to continue to make its place on the oil transportation market by remaining competitive, close to its customers while innovating. The reason it is still around is because it has known how to respect, meet and adapt to the needs of its clientele.
